It's finally Christmas Eve! I spent HOURS today working on uploading pictures to this digital frame I bought for Ben 6/7 years ago. It has sat, collecting dust, since I bought it for him because he refused to put photos on it himself and I didn't want that responsibility either! He convinced me that he REALLY wants to put it in his new office, so I spent the time to find, organize, and put photos onto a flash drive. Sadly, I hit a snag because of my horrible computer and Google's horrible collection feature that cost me hours of time. So much time that I didn't finish up the project. I was getting so angry and so upset about my wasted day that I ended up freaking out a little about it. So I dropped it. For now. I'll try and finish it up soon.

Other than that, we wrapped a few more presents and had lots of fun family time. I did a photo shoot with the kids and Ben, and then after everyone was in bed, we stuffed the stockings, brought the presents out, and watched Scrooged, as per tradition. The day started a little rough, but it def got better. So excited for Christmas tomorrow!

I had definitely hoped for this photo to turn out differently than it did. First, I wanted it to be pulled back more. The depth of the room prevented that from happening, because I really wanted that wall separating the two sides of the picture. Second, I was hoping to get Ollie on tippy-toes, dancing with the Nutcracker. Instead, I kind of got this clumsy, cobbled together, half-dancing Ollie with a photoshopped in Nutcracker. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again next year! She's still not great at taking photographic direction AND she pretty much dissolves into tears if I ever criticize her vision. 😅 As a matter of fact, she freaked out during this shoot because she thought everyone was laughing at her, when really I was teasing Ruby for her super fake shocked face and that made everyone laugh.
