We went to CACH this morning and hung out there until around 1:45pm. It was such a fun day! Classes were fun and Claire came to visit. She's hoping to join with her two boys. I really hope we have space for her. 

Ben's family camping trip they planned fell through and he found out that they remade plans without him to just do it in DE. He was really hurt and I spent a lot of hours today thinking about that. They opened up the possibility of coming out here to do it instead, after he expressed how upset he was. I didn't love how he tried to guilt them into coming out. I mean, we are the ones who moved out here. But, at the same time, it wouldn't kill people to show us they love us by coming to visit every once in a while. I do see his point, I think my pride just keeps me from doing stuff like that. Never let them know they hurt you! Silly, I know.

I went to the dermatologist in the afternoon and got my left cheek mole removed. My dermatologist is so insanely efficient. My appointment was at 3:50. I waited about 3 minutes, then got called back by her nurse. Her nurse asked what I was there for, and I told her I wanted to get my mole removed. About three minutes after she left, my derm came in, gave me a numbing shot in my cheek, sliced off the mole, and said goodbye. The whole thing, from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left, took 18 minutes! And every appointment with her is like that. Part of me worries she'll miss stuff by moving so fast, but the bigger part of me is just so thankful that she's fast and does what I ask for without a million questions. My face hurts now and I have a terrible headache, probably from the shot in my face, but who knows. 

I decided to pursue comfort and skip group tonight. It was rainy and I was feeling tired and in pain, so I relaxed at home, rather than going. Always sad to skip when you only get together every other week though!
