SNOW DAY!!! Well, not exactly for us, but it was still snowy outside! What it meant for us was that we didn't have to go to Wild & Free. Of course, all the other moms in W & F were super excited to take their kids sledding and I was just like, no, I'm not going out in this weather. But my kids don't need to know that! I was grateful to have the morning to do school because I already have no idea how we're supposed to get school done this week so I needed the time.

I had to run out and pick up the 3D printer we bought Jonas for his birthday and as I was walking out of Micro Center all I could think was that I was going to get robbed, carrying this enormous, expensive thing to the car by myself in the snow. It would have been so easy. Thankfully, that was just my imagination and I did get it home safely. :) I stopped at Starbucks and grabbed 10 $10 gift cards to give my Wednesday employees. I'm so grateful to them all for being there that I just wanted to do something nice. I also spent the evening working on handmade cards for them. I think they turned out really pretty!

I made white chicken chili and homemade bread for dinner, but I didn't get to be home to eat it. I had offered to drive a bunch of us over the spring semester planning meeting that got scheduled ALL the way out in Gahanna. I only offered to drive because I get so car sick and I didn't want to be the jerk that insisted on sitting up front! So, I left the house around 5:30, picked everyone up, and then drove over to the meeting. It was productive and went pretty well. I'm teaching a class that should be pretty fun and easy, although, technically, I shouldn't have had to teach a class this semester at all. I was just worried I'd get assigned to something I didn't want if I didn't speak up, because that is something that happens all the time! So I'm going to teach a 3-5th graders "craft" class. I'm not sure what crafts I'm going to do exactly, but it should be fun! The drive home was dark and icy, but we got back safely, thank God.
