September 5, 2024 - Thursday

First day back to co-op!!! Man, I love this group so much. I'm so happy to be back! First, we had our morning meeting, then I helped in guitar class, then I helped in memory class. Guitar class was a lot of fun and was, at least, a place where I felt helpful. In memory class, which was taught by one of the ladies' husbands (who smelled terrible, btw), I was basically one of the students. I found myself growing very bored and wishing I could get the heck out of there. But I couldn't. I was stuck. Oh well! 

Sadly, I ran out of time and we couldn't hang out for the after group picnic at the park. I was so sad and the kids were all super mad at me. Christina texted later and told me that everyone was getting stung by bees, though, so I don't feel nearly as bad now. I had to get to my dermatologist appt., which was normal and felt pointless, but I still need to go annually in order to get my medications so...necessary in that way, at least. 

After I got home from that, I spent the rest of my day completely panicked that there wasn't enough space in the car for our stuff and feeling like a failure and feeling like I wanted to die and feeling like our car would never fit all of our stuff. Just your regular, old, run-of-the-mill, day-before-we're-leaving jitters. Right? Normal for everyone to feel absolute panic the day before a trip? I have no idea, but it's normal for me. 

Also, Ollie FINALLY lost that loose tooth she's had! It was hanging on by a thread. So gross!
