July 30, 2023 - Sunday

Man, I know it's ridiculous, but it's such a relief to just have the day to myself. I mean, post-CT, of course. CT was fine this morning. Actually, getting to drop the kids off at the playground and then walk around the farmer's market after CT was pretty cool. We didn't get much, just a jar of marinade, but still like a tiny little mini-date. 

After CT has really just been chill time. We ate some lunch, I read a little, and have basically sat in the same position on the couch ever since. I played like 2 hours of Zelda (first time in a week!) and blogged for over an hour, getting caught up on my posts. Thankfully, I write most of them in my notes on my phone day of, just waiting for a chance to edit photos. Otherwise, I would have completely forgotten what I did all week! 

I ordered Jet's because I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook. Or move. Or do anything productive whatsoever. It's so nice! Ben and I plan on watching a new episode of The Witcher tonight and, so far, we only have HC plans tomorrow and nothing else. Looking forward to that! Well, poor Ben has to go into the office, so I guess he has plans, but the rest of us are just going to do fun, at-home things...like chores and French. :) Only 2 1/2 more weeks of summer break before we really get started!
