Well, I have officially committed myself to the homeschool convention. I found coverage for co-op, found rides for Jonas and Clem to still attend co-op, and talked more with Claire. I'm going. Dun-dun-duuunnnn. STILL DREADING IT. I'm praying it'll be so much better than my gut tells me it'll be because, guess what, my gut doesn't know all. A lot of the talks sound really interesting and I really do think I'll get good things out of this. I just wish I were going with people that I knew better. 

Me and the kids got up and out early this morning to go to the zoo with HC friends! It was really cool that FIVE of us showed up! A big group for the zoo, for sure, but so much fun being with my mama friends. Me and the kids had so much fun. It occurred to me that it's been more than a year since we've been there! I had to renew my pass, so, hopefully, we'll go more often now. 

After the zoo, we spent about an hour at home, then I had to take Clemi to choir practice. Ruby decided to quit, but thankfully Kristen is not making me pay for her, since she only attended once. Praise God for that! It's $100 per kid. Then, after the choir, and another hour at home, I met with Terracina for dinner! It has been over a year since we've hung out...since last May! So wild. We had such a nice time being together. Of course, I cried about things I would never have cried about with somebody else. She just has this way of helping me to be vulnerable about things I usually try to get scabbed over. We're going to try to make it more regular in the future.
